Paul Schwartz的State of grace系列的第二张，保持了第一张将宗教音乐，管弦乐，电子音乐，器乐独奏和声乐融合的风格。
音乐内容主要分为两大部分：圣母玛丽亚受孕得子后的喜悦自豪和爱子耶稣被钉十字架后的悲伤无奈，且曲目的编排巧妙地将两种情感交织在一起，且既有用拉丁文演唱的经改编的宗教音乐，也有用英文演唱的抒情歌曲。
Paul Schwartz担任了钢琴和电子音乐演奏，声乐部分依然由Lisbeth Scott和Crouch End Festival Chorus演唱。第3轨由第一辑中的《Miserere》一曲改编而来，由著名摇滚吉他手Carlos Santana独奏。
个人比较喜欢第二曲，仿佛离开尘世缓步走向天堂，歌词如下：
