Blanco Y Negro唱片成立于1983年，由Geoff Travis离开他的前唱片公司Rough Trade后创建，Everything But The Girl、The Jesus and Mary Chain等大牌乐队皆出自于此，Cocteau Twins的前主唱也出自Blanco Y Negro。2005年，Blanco Y Negro推出了翻唱Beatles的致敬专辑《The Beatles Chill Out》，在众多的Beatles翻唱专辑里面可算品质优良之选。整张专辑共15首歌曲，其中有14首是女声演绎，听上去真是名副其实的chill out，尤其适合炎炎夏日心情烦闷时放听，丝丝凉意会慢慢地从声场中渗出，内里有几首歌曲的声音却让人想起Garbage乐队的主唱来。
