Lord Finesse的首张专辑《Funky Technician》中，由Diamond D, DJ Premier, Showbiz 和DJ Mike Smooth等人参与。尤其是其中的DJ Premier，作为最主要的制作人和后期的监制，倾注心血的《Funky Technician》成了他本人的一张蓝本唱片。使Premier被公认为当时最优秀的制作人。而日后D.I.T.C的搭档A.G.（Andre the Giant）则被Finesse曲折的请来加入歌曲的创作和部分Rapping。遗憾的是，《Funky Technician》只是叫好不叫座，销量平平，而使Wild Pitch大为苦恼。Finesse也未获得什么物质上的回报。随后的结果可以预料，双方一拍两散，Finesse转投Ice T的Rhyme Syndicate管理公司。而多年后，《Funky Technician》却并没有被历史所埋没，最终被认为是一张含今量极高的经典唱片，并由老东家Wild Pitch于2001年进行重新灌录，试图改写那段无光的历史 专辑介绍: 1990 - Funky Technician
