This artbook was not an official release by Kodansha. It was released as a self-published work by Takeuchi Naoko at the Comiket Convention in Japan (the convention ran from August 15-17, 1997 at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center in Ariake, Japan). This convention was mainly a direct sale market for self-produced books. Because of this, the distribution of the Infinity Artbook was very limited. The artbook contains a few images drawn by Naoko, but it mainly contains "fanart" and "doujinshi" by fellow artists, anime staff, voice actors, and friends.
