Included are Ana Caram singing “Fly Me to the Moon,” Rosemary Clooney with “A Day in the Life of a Fool” as well as Karrin Allyson performing “O Barquinho (my little boat).” 代码 A Day in the Life of a Fool 我有个朋友曾经跟我说：『爵士乐是很MAN的音乐。』虽然我不知道到底哪里很MAN，但是週日的夜晚用爵士乐来做为结尾是个不错的选择，特别是今晚的『A Day in the Life of a Fool』。 A day in the life of a fool A sad and a long, lonely day I walk the avenue And hope I run into The welcome sight of you coming my way chorus I'll stop just across from your door But, you're never home anymore So there, in my room And there, in my gloom I'll cry, tears of good-bye Till you come back to me That's the way it will be Everyday in the life of a fool 　　其实我会听爵士乐也是一个奇妙的机缘，很多死硬派金属迷无法接受这样的一个东西，这是很容易睡著的东西。说穿了，就算有些乐迷说这是门还颇为高深的学问，对於也听了五、六年的我而言，还是停留在永远只会说『啊！这好好听喔！』的程度，所以我来挺自得其乐的。对於爵士乐有更进一步的瞭解应该是在我大二的时候修的通识课，我记得我大学的时候修了一年的古典乐通识，跟一门有在讲爵士乐课程，一共三个学期，但是整个音乐素养没进步多少。我记得那个时候有个老师告诉我们为甚么他会喜欢听爵士乐。他说因为音乐系这种科班出身的，平常都是在听古典乐，到哪都在听，回家想放鬆的时候如果还是放古典乐，会不由自主的开始进行曲式分析，这样一来就完全达不到放鬆跟休息的效果。当时老师这么说的时候，其实我也能感同身受，古典乐之於他便像是重金属之於我。 　　我除了性格怪异之外，还是个极度感受型的动物，用白话文说呢，意思就是太过於平淡或没啥特色的音乐我是很难消化的。爵士乐里面我特别偏爱的乐器应该是非钢琴莫属，记得当年第一次听到Bill Evans时的那种感动，但是过了一阵子听到Chet Baker之后更是感动，为甚么？因为我觉得Chet Baker唱起歌来很『靠悲』，大学的时候我常常在晚上开著一盏小灯，放著Chet Baker的专辑『Embraceable You』，点著烟，自己一个人陶醉在这个氛围当中，因为有了当年的习惯，所以我一直也很想弄套不错的音响跟坐起来很爽的椅子，摆张茶几，每晚自我陶醉一番。 　　现在手边的这张合辑『Audiophile Bossa Voices』又让我重温了这个感觉，虽然这张CD里面唱的几乎都是Bossanova，但我独爱由Rosemary Clooney所演唱的『A Day in the Life of a Fool』。 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/melkor/21103668
