QuranReciter is a freeware and should not be sold in any form. You can make copies of QuranReciter and distribute it as long as it is done free of charge. Word by word meanings are displayed on moving the mouse pointer over Arabic text for sura 1 and Amma Juz(Sura 78 to Sura 114). Word meanings are given only as a beginners' guide for learning Quran. You have to refer to Arabic dictionaries, Quran Thafsirs etc. for learning their exact meanings. There are 2 modes in QuranReciter, Range mode and Verse mode. In Range mode, the verses in the Range are recited continuously. On choosing a sura(Chapter), the complete sura will be selected as Range. Choose the Range using the sliders 'Range Begin' and 'Range End'. Range mode can be configured using Range mode settings(press Ctrl R for range mode settings). In Verse mode, after reciting each verse, recitation stops. You advance to the next verse using the letter "c" in the keyboard. If you want to recite the same verse again use the letter "x" and for reciting the previous verse use the letter "z". In this mode after reaching the end of range, recitation starts again from the beginning of the range.
