法国动画大师Sylvain Chomet执导的动画作品Les Triplettes De Belleville为全球影坛继艾美丽的异想世界后最受注目的法国影片，温馨、幽默的剧情，荒诞、鲜活的角色，再相辅以诙谐、俏皮的电影配乐。精湛参与幕后配音工作的主要有Jean-Claude Donda、Michel Robin、Monica Vegas，和Michele Caucheteux几位。不但在坎城影展放映后造成轰动，更一举拿下奥斯卡“最佳动画片”及“最佳电影主题曲”两项提名。
原声带负责配乐的是当代名家Ben Charest，先前代表作品有2000年的加大法语电视剧La Vie Apres L'Amour(Life After Love)与1999年的喜剧片Matroni et Moi(Matroni and Me)。和经典黑帮电影棉花田俱乐部如出一辙，Ben Charest选择二、三~年代的摇摆爵士乐为Les Triplettes De Belleville的基调，巧思编排后淋漓尽致地呈现出黑色幽默的谐谑突兀。魅力女伶Beatrice Bonifassi高歌吟唱的"Attila Marcel"与主题歌曲"Belleville Rendes-Vous"绝对一新人耳，是Les Triplettes De Belleville原声大碟的推荐首选。
