It contained the singles, "Goody Two Shoes" (#1 U.K., #12 U.S.), "Friend Or Foe" (#9 U.K.), "Hello I Love You" and "Desperate But Not Serious" (#22 U.K., #66 U.S.). The album reached the #5 spot on the U.K. albums chart and the #16 spot on the U.S. albums chart. The London punk/new wave singer was, of course, the frontman for the recently disbanded Adam & The Ants.
