专辑介绍： Amon Amarth是一支深深根植于死亡金属并有着坚定而强烈的维京神话信仰的乐队。乐队的名字取自英国文学家J.R.R Tolkien著名的幻想历史小说《The Lord of the Rings》指环王。 Amon Amarth1988便开始活动，1992年正式更名成军，其后陆续发表了demo《Thor Arise》与《The Arrival Of The Fimbul Winter》，由于风格特殊，他们终于被新加坡最著名的金属唱片公司Pulverized签下，并于极富盛名的Abyss Studio（Hupocrisy首脑Peter Tagtgren的专业录音室）录制完成首张MCD《Sorrow Throughout The Nine Worlds》，其叙述北欧维京战士神话事迹之创新金属风格马上受到美国老牌金属大厂Metal Blade的赏识，首张正式专辑《Once Sent From The Golden Hall》于是在1997年经由Metal Blade向全世界扩散。 2003年发表的《Versus The World》已是Amon Amarth的第4作，其中最明显的改变是金属炮火的猛烈度不减反增，连带也使得述说英勇豪迈的维京战士色彩更增添犹如惨烈战役的残酷感，令人震撼不已。 2006年发行的《With Oden on our side》是公认的2006年全佳金属专辑之一。经过十八年的磨砺，Amon Amarth已完全成长为一支成熟、大气、令人激动的维京团。 2008Amon Amarth又回来了，个人认为这张作品旋律方面键盘比重增加，更加“动听”，而riff方面血腥的力道丝毫不减，可谓演绎了一场“唯美的残忍”，仁者见仁吧。 专辑曲目: 1.
