In 1974 she won 1st Prize of the International Ferrier Competition and in 1977 the Prize of International Ferrier Competition (Hertogenbosch). Linda Finnie's repertoire includes enormous number of works. She has appeared at important concert halls, such as English National Opera, Covent Garden, Grand Opera, Geneva Opera, Frankfurt Opera, Opera of Flandria, Opera of Beyrut. She has sung with many orchestras, such as Symphonic Orchestra ORF, Berliner Symphoniker, Symphonic Orchestra of Munich, Symphonic Orchestra of Strasbourg, Symphonic Orchestra of Chehia, Symphonic Orchestra of Japan, Symphonic Orchestra of St. Petersburg Philharmonic, and with renowned conductors, including Claudio Abbado, Lorin Maazel, A. Previn, Daniel Barenboim, Y. Temirkanov, M.Yansons. Her international concert tours have taken her to Australia, USA, Far East and Europe.
